Charges have been placed on the vertices of a rectangle and the electrostatic potential energy of the system happens to be zero. (a) Show the arrangement of the charges on the vertices of the rectangle. (b) If the smaller side of the rectangle has a length of 1.0 m, show that length of larger side must be less than 2.0 m. [Actually you need to solve on algebraic polynomial to get the exact length of the larger side. Here I am not exactly interested in making you solve that equation]
