RMS Velocity: It is defined as the square root of the mean of the squares of the velocities of all the molecule present in the gas.
Let there be `n_1` molecules with `V_1` velocity `n_2` molecules with `V_2` velocity , `n_3` molecules with `V_3` velocity and so on.
Then RMS, velocity `=sqrt((n_1V_1^2+n_2V_2^2+n_3V_3^2+......)/(n_1+n_2+n_3+.....))`
RMS velocity (C)
`=sqrt((3RT)/M)=sqrt((3PV)/M)=sqrt((3P)/d)`
T=absolute temperature, M=moleculer weight, `R=8.314 times 10^7 ergK^-1 mol ^-1`.
