Determine conditions on a, b and c so that
`x_(1)+2x_(2)+3x_(3)=a`
`4x_(1)+5x_(2)+6x_(3)=b`
`7x_(1)+8x_(2)+9x_(3)=c`
will have no solutions or have an infinite number of solution.
