How can you convert methyl acetylene to acetone ?

At `60-80^@C` temperature, when methyl acetylene or propyne is passed through a dilute (20%) solution of sulphuric acid containing 1% `HgSO_4`, it combines 2-propenol. Addition of water molecule to unsymmetrical alkyne (propyne in this case ) occurs through the Markownikoff's rule. 2-propenol rapidly tautomerises to acetone.
