Give the direction of the induced current in a coil mounted on an insulating stand when a bar magnet is quickly moved along the axis of the coil from one side to the other as shown in figure.

If observer is situated at the side from which bar magnet enters the loop. The direction of current is clockwise when magnet moves towards the loop and direction of current is anticlockwise when magnet moves away from the loop.
