(i) Show that the matrix A=[1-1 5-1 2 1 ...

(i) Show that the matrix `A=[1-1 5-1 2 1 5 1 3]` is a symmetric matrix. (ii) Show that the matrix `A-[0 1-1-1 2 1 1-1 0]` is a skew symmetric matrix.

`A=[{:(1,-1,5),(-1,2,1),(5,1,3):}]`
`implies A'=[{:(1,-1,5),(-1,2,1),(5,1,3):}]=[{:(1,-1,5),(-1,2,1),(5,1,3):}]=A`
`implies ` A is symmetric matrix. Hence proved .
`(ii) A=[{:(0,1,-1),(-1,0,1),(1,-1,0):}]=[{:(0,-1,1),(1,0,-1),(-1,1,0):}]`
`=-[{:(0,1,-1),(+1,0,1),(1,-1,0):}]=A`
`implies ` A is skew symmetric matrix . hence proved .
