Give an example to show that the following statement is false. Any two forces acting on a body can be combined into single force that would have same effect.

Consider a fore to the left on the top of a wheel and an equal force to the right on the bottom of a wheel. The resultant force by vector addition would be zero. But the effect on the plate is not zero.
Eg: Lifting a body from the floor by two persons.
