Assuming no cavity `E=(K. rho. 4// 3 p r^(3))/(r^(2))=(K. rho 4 pi .r)/3`
Assuming only charge existing in cavity
`vecE_(r_(2))=(K. rho. 4//3 pir_(2)^(3))/(r_(2)^(2))=(K.rho 4 pi .r_(2))/3`
Net field `vecE_(P)=vecE_(1)-vecE_(2)`
Thus, it is uniform and non zero.
