If A = `(12.0 pm0.1)`cm and B = `(8.5pm 0.5)` cm, find the value of (A-B).

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

A = `(12.0 pm 0.1)` cm
B = `(8.5 pm 0.5)` cm
A-B = `[ (12.0 pm 0.1) - (8.5 pm 0.5) ]` cm
[12.0 -8.5] `pm` (0.1 +0.5)
=(3.5 `pm` 0.6) cm
