Given R = 20 `Omega,` L = 1.5 H, C = 35 `mu`F = `35 xx 10^(-6) F`
`E_(v) ` = 200 V
When the frequency of supply equals the natural frequency of the circuit.
`X_(L) = X_(C)`

`therefore " " P_(av) - E_(v)I_(v) -E_(v) xx (E_(v))/(K) - (200 xx 200)/(20)`
