DNA is usually intertwind with histone proteins and RNA. But in genetic engineering experiments DNA must be isolated in very pure form . How is this possible ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Histone can be removed by treatment with protease, RNA with ribonu-clease and other molecules by appropriate treatments.
