While creating genetically modified organisms. Genetic barriers are not respected. How can this can be dangerous in the long run?

(i) Ecological imbalance may occur due to transferring of trans genes from one organism to other.
(ii) Due to introduction of weedicide genes in crops, there is a danger that any such crop may itself become super weed.
(iii) Foreign proteins formed with foreign genes may get attacked by defense system of organism leading to formation of defective biochemicals.
(iv) Transgenes may exhibit change in their expressively after attaining certain age and change in environment.
