RuBisCo and PEP carboxylase. RuBisCo is used in Calvin cylce (`C_3`) plants and `C_4` plants. It combines with `CO_2` PEP Carboxylase enzyme is used for plants and carries on `CO_2` fixation initially. It takes place in mesophyll cells. Here Co, after coming in contact with PEP forms oxaloacetic acid.
