`(iii) gt (ii) gt (i)`. Neopenthyl bromide does not undergo dehydrohalogenation as `C-` bearing bromide does not contain hydrogen. Reactivity in `E2` dehydrohalo-genation depends mainly on the stabilty of the alkens being formed which is govered by Saytzeff's rule.
b. `(i) gt (iv) gt (iii) gt (ii)`. The stability of alkenes being formed decides the rate of dehyrohalogenation.
