What will be the apparent frequency of the source as 1000 Hz. What will be the apparent frequency of the source when it is moving away from the observer after crossing him? D

Here, `v_(s)=50m//s, v=350m//s`.
When source is moving towards the stationary observer,
`upsilon.(vxxupsilon)/(v-v_(s))`
`therefore upsilon=((v-v_(s))upsilon.)/(v)=((350-50)1000)/(350)=(6000)/(7)Hz`
When source is moving away from the stationary observer,
`upsilon..=(vxxupsilon)/(v+v_(s))=(350)/((350+50))xx(6000)/(7)=750Hz`
