Mean of the data `(barx)= (underset(i=1)overset(5)Sigmaf_(i)x_(i))/(underset(i=1)overset(5)Sigmaf_(i))=(f_(1)x_(1)+f_(2)x_(2)+f_(3)x_(3)+f_(4)x_(4)+f_(5)x_(5))/(f_(1)+f_(2)+f_(3)+f_(4)+f_(5))`
`=(4 xx 4 +8 xx 6+14 xx 8+11 xx 10+3 xx 12)/(4 +8+14+11+3)`
`=(16+48+112+110+36)/(40)=322/40=8.05`
Hence, the mean of the given data is 8.05.
