The secondary structure of t-RNA has been depicted that looks like a clover - leaf. The t-RNA is a compact molecules which looks like inverted L.
Function of t-RNA :t-RNA has anticoden loop that has bases complementary to the code, and ir also has amino acid acceptor end to which it binds ot amino acids . t-RNA are specific for each amino acid. It is referred as an adapter molecules because on one hand read the code and another hand would bind to specific amino acids.
(b) the primary transcripts contain both the exons and introns are non - fuctional . Hence, it is subjected to a process celled spilicing where the introns are removed and exons are joined in a defined order . hn RNA undergoes additional processing called a capping and tailing
