Now surface area S= `pirl+2pirH`
`=pi r sqrt(h^(2)+r^(2)+2pirxx((3V)/(pir^(2))-h)/(3))`
`let (ds)/(dh)=0 pir(h)/sqrt(h^(2)+r^(2))-(2pir)/(3)=0`
`(h)/sqrt(h^(2)+r^(2)) =2/3 or 5h^(2)=4r^(2)or (r)/(h) =sqrt(5)/(2)=tan theta`
