There are two features for identification in adult male frog : (a) Vocal sacs : Male frogs can be distinguished by presence of sound producing vocal sacs located in throat region and a folded structure. (b) Copulatory pad : A copulatory pad is found in male frogs on the first digit of the forelimb which helps it in copulation for holding female.
