D

Here, `a= 2 ms^(-2)`
The free body diagram of 6 kg block is
as shown in figure (i).
The equation of motion of 6 kg block is
` T_2 - 6g = 6a`
` or T_2= 6(g +a) = 6 (10 +2) = 72 N`
The free body diagram of 10 kg block is as shown in figure (ii).
The equation of motion of 10 kg block is
`T_1 -10 g - T_2 =10 a `
` or T_1 =10 ( a+g) +T_2 `
`= 10(2 + 10) + 72 = 120 + 72 - 192 N`
