Determine the tensions `T_(1)` and `T_(2)` in the string as shown in figure.

Resolving the tension `T_(1)` along horizontal and vertical direction. As the body is in equilibrium.

`T_(1) sin 60^(@) = 4 xx 9.8 N` …(i)
`T_(1) cos 60^(@) = T_(2)` …(ii)
`T_(1) = (4 xx 9.8)/(sin 60^(@)) = (4 xx 9.8 xx 2)/(sqrt3)`
`= 45.26 N`
`T_(2) = T_(1) cos 60^(@) = 45.26 xx 0.5`
`= 22.63 N`
