List the differences between energy and power.

Energy of an object is defined as its capacity for doing work and is measured by the total amount of work it can do.
Distinction between Energy and Power: The energy of a body tells us the total amount of work it can perform without any reference to the time in which this work has to be performed. Power, on the other hand, is the rate at which the work is done and not the total amount of work done.
