(i) Sucrose `(C_(12)H_(22)O_(11))` On hydrolysis it gives two monosaccharide units. (i.., Glucose + Fructose).
(ii) Maltose `(C_(12)H_(22)O_(11))` Hydrolysis of maltose yields two moles of `alpha-` d- glucose.
