The given number sequence is as follows:

i.e. `56 ul(3) 98 implies (9+8) gt (5+6) implies 17 gt 11,`

And so on.
[Note: Sum of the pair of following digits must be greater than the sum of the pair of preceding digits.]
Therefore, total number of such 3s = six.
