`implies [((p)/(4))^(4) ((q)/(5))^(5)]^((1)/(9)) le (p + q)/(9)`
`implies ((p)/(4))^(4) ((q)/(5))^(5 le 1`
`implies p^(4) q^(5) le 4^(4) 5^(5)`
