Calculate the dispersive power for crown and flint glass prisms from the following data : For crown glass, `m_b = 1.522`, `m_r = 1.514`. For flint glass, `mu'_b = 1.662`, `mu'_r = 1.644`.

`mu_b = 1.522, mu_r = 1.514`
`mu = (mu_b + mu_r)/(2) = (1.522 + 1.514)/(2) = 1.518`
`omega = (mu_b - mu_r)/(mu - 1) = (1.522 - 1.514)/(1.518 - 1) = (0.008)/(0.518)`
=`0.01544`
For flint glass,
`mu' = (mu'_b + mu'_r)/(2) = (1.662 + 1.644)/(2) = 1.653`
`omega' = (mu'_b - mu'_r)/(mu' - 1) = (1.662 - 1.644)/(1.653 - 1) = (0.018)/(0.653)`
=`0.0276`.
