`L = mp + b`
`p = 14, L = 980`
`980 = 14m + b`…..(1)
`p = 16, L = 1220`
`1220 = 16m + b`……(2)
`(1)` & `(2)`
`m = 120`
`b = - 700`
`L = 120p - 700`
Put `rArr p = 17`
`L = 120(17) - 700 = 1340`
