Explain the process of image formation in the human eye. Explain with the help of diagram.

Light enters the eye through the pupil. The amount of light that enters the pupil is con trolled by the iris. The light that enters the pupil falls on the eye lens and passes through it. As light passes through the eye lens, it bends and falls on the retina in such a way that a real image of an object is formed on the retina.
