1.0Latest Updates - JEE Main 2026 Correction Window Dates are OUT

NTA has announced the application correction window schedule. Registered candidates will be able to make necessary changes to their application forms from 1st December to 2nd December 2025 untill 11:50 PM.

2.0JEE Main 2026 Application Process started

JEE Main 2026 Application Process started from 31st October 2025 for session 1 and 2. The last date for application is 27th November 2025 (up to 9 PM).

3.0NTA Announces JEE Main 2026 January Session Exam Dates

The JEE-Main exams for B.E.-B.Tech will be conducted : January 21 to January 30, 2026. 

These exams will take place in two shifts each day:

First shift: 9 AM to 12 PM

Second shift: 3 PM to 6 PM

And, B.Arch and B.Planning exams are scheduled for 2nd Feb 2026(tentatively). These exams will be held in a single shift from 3 PM to 6 PM.

5.0JEE Main 2025: Past Activities, Notices and Highlights

JEE Main Counselling

Candidates who qualified in JEE Main 2025 (and JEE Advanced for IIT admissions) can participate in the centralized counselling process to secure admission into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and IITs. The counselling includes multiple rounds of seat allocation based on rank, category, preferences, and seat availability.

NTA has released the results along with the question papers, recorded responses and provisional answer key of JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 (April Attempt).

JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Final Answer key Released

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 answer key on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. NTA has allowed the students to challenge the JEE Main 2025 January session answer key till 6 February 2025.

JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Question Papers, Recorded Responses & Provisional Answer Key Released

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key, recorded responses, and question papers for the JEE Main 2025 Session 1(January). Aspirants can download these materials from the official website. NTA has also invited objections regarding the provisional answer key. After reviewing these objections, the final answer key will be announced in the first week of February 2025.

JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Admit Cards Released for 22 Jan, 23 Jan and 24 Jan Exams

NTA has released the session 1 admit cards for 22 January, 23 January, and 24 January 2025 exam dates. Aspirants can download the JEE Main admit card from the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in. Paper 1 (B.Tech./B.E) will be held in 2 shifts each day, whereas Paper 2(B.Arch./B.Planning) will only take place in 1 shift. 

Paper 1 Shift 1 Timings: 9 am to 12 pm

Paper 1 Shift 2 Timings: 3 pm to 6 pm

Paper 2 (only one shift) Timings: 3 pm to 6.30 pm

JEE Main 2025 Exam City Intimation Slip Released

The city intimation slip of the JEE Main aspirants of the January session has been released by NTA. Aspirants can check in which city they have to take the exam and can make arrangements to reach their respective examination city.

How to Download Exam City Intimation Slip

  • Go to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the JEE Main 2025 Exam city intimation slip link.
  • Enter login details.
  • Download Exam city intimation slip and take a print out for future reference.

JEE Main 2025 - Application Correction Window is Now Open

The National Testing Agency has released the latest news of the JEE Main 2025-26 session. All other information related to the exam dates and the release of the official information brochure has been out.

  • The JEE Main 2025 correction window is now open from November 26 to November 27, 2024.
  • The registration process for the upcoming exam started on 28 October and will end on 22 November 2024.
  • According to the latest updates on JEE Main 2025, the exam pattern will change. From 2025, Section B will have five mandatory numerical questions per subject, all of which will be mandatory.
  • To include the most recent notifications, the authority has updated the official JEE Main 2025 website. For JEE Main 2025, the NTA has returned to its original website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. 
  • PwD and PwBD applicants will receive an additional hour, totalling four hours, to complete the JEE Main exam. 
  • Those eligible for a Scribe will get 20 minutes of compensatory time for a one-hour exam. 
  • Additionally, NTA has introduced a new score tie-breaking policy for JEE Main 2025, with complete details available on the official website.

NTA Released Fresh Guidelines for Candidates Facing Error in Registration

NTA Addresses Aadhaar Card Name Mismatch while filling of Online Application Form for JEE Main 2025

NTA has started the JEE Main 2025 Registration on October 28, 2024, for aspirants who meet the eligibility requirements. NTA has noticed that there is technical issue in Aadhaar card authentication due to mismatch in names of Aadhaar and 10th educational certificate while filling the online application form. To make the process smother NTA has made slight modifications in the online application form. Candidates can follow the below steps to overcome such issues:

- If candidate receives any pop-up after selecting “confirm name as per Aadhaar”, candidate should close the popup box.

- A new window will appear on the screen to proceed with Aadhar authetication after candidate close the pop up box. You must enter your name exactly as per your Aadhaar card.

- Candidate must be ensure that, both the name on the Aadhaar and educational certificate will be captured during the process. 

Make a note of the above and fill up the application form.

Discontinuation of Optional Questions for Selection in Section B of JEE Main 2025 Exam

JEE Main Exam Pattern 2025 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has updated the JEE Main 2025 exam pattern. Starting in 2025, optional questions in Section B will be eliminated for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.

The registration process for the upcoming exam is expected to start in November or December 2024. All other information related to the exam dates and the release of the official information brochure will be announced soon.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the registration process for JEE Main 2026. Registration for Session 1 began on October 2025, and will remain open until November 22, 2025. The examination for Session 1 is expected to be scheduled from January 22 to 31, 2026. Registration for Session 2 will open on January 31, 2026, and close on February 24, 2026 (Tentative), with the examination scheduled from April 1 to 8, 2026(Tentative).

The final JEE Main answer key can be downloaded in PDF format from the official JEE Main website.
