MSBSHSE Class 12 Admit Card 2025–26: Release Date, Download Process & Exam Day Guidelines

The 2025-26 Class 12 MSBSHSE admit card is one of the most important documents that students need to take the Maharashtra HSC Board Exams. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) issues an admit card to all Class 12 (HSC) students who take the annual board exam.

1.0MSBSHSE Class 12 Admit Card 2025–26 Release Date

The Maharashtra Board generally releases the Class HSC admit card about a month before the start of the examinations. 

For 2025-26, the admit card should be released in January, before the exams commence between February and March.

The schools will download the admit card from the official MSBSHSE site and then pass them out to students for the student to later verify the information. 

2.0How to Download the Admit Card (School Login Process)

The MSBSHSE Class 12 (HSC) Admit Cards cannot be directly downloaded by students; they can only be accessed and downloaded by the school/junior college authorities using the specific institute login portal on the official board website. 

Students will need to collect their Admit Card from their schools/colleges in printed, signed, and stamped hard copy format. 

  1. Visit the official website: www.mahahsscboard
  2. Log in with school credentials. 
  3. Go to the part labelled 'HSC Admit Card 2025-26'. 
  4. Open the list of students. 
  5. Download and print the admit cards.
  6. Check all details and give them to the students as soon as posssible.

It is obligatory for students to carry their Maharashtra Class 12 (HSC) Admit Card, also referred to as Hall Ticket, for board exam purposes, as it includes some key details for students, which are essential for the student and examination process.

4.0Important Instructions for Students

Students are expected to adhere strictly to these instructions in order to avoid complications while sitting for the MSBSHSE Class 12 (HSC) Board Examinations. These points highlight key aspects of everything from pre-examination preparation to examination hall conduct.

  • Keep the admit card safe. Consider laminating to prevent damage.
  • Bring it with you every day of the examinations.
  • Do not write on the admit card.
  • Make sure your photograph and signature is clearly readable.
  • Follow the instructed reporting time from the board.
  • Check exam centre location a day before the first exam.

5.0Exam Day Guidelines

The guidelines contain the most significant directions from the MSBSHSE in obtaining a smooth and compliant examination experience for students. They cover critical behaviours required for entry to exam hall, conduct within the exam hall, and submission at the end of the exam.

  • Arrive 30-45 minutes early to the testing centre. 
  • Bring your admit card and a photo ID (only if required). 
  • Bring only allowed stationery items. 
  • Do not bring a mobile phone, smart watch, or electronic device. 
  • Carefully read the question paper before writing. 
  • Attempt to write neatly for presentation purposes and always listen to the instructions given by the invigilators and follow them.
