MSBSHSE Class 12 Exam Date Sheet 2025-26: Detailed Timetable

Recently, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) published the official timetable for the Class 12 (HSC) Board Exams of 2025-2026. The tests will be held from February 10, 2026 to March 11, 2026.

 Students must have the complete schedule so that they can plan accordingly, both for study time and for travel or the exam day, and so they can prepare for anything. 

1.0How to Download the Official Timetable

Students who will sit for the higher secondary certificate examination in 2026 can download the official timetable by the steps outlined below from the official website: 

  1. Visit the official website of the Maharashtra Board: www.mahahsscboard 
  2. On the homepage, navigate to the "Notifications" or "Latest Announcements" section. 
  3. Look for and click on the "12th Board Exam Time Table 2026 Maharashtra – PDF Download" link. 
  4. You will see the Maharashtra HSC Time Table 2026 PDF. 
  5. Click the "Download" icon to save the schedule to your device. 
  6. Print out the Maharashtra Class 12 schedule so you have it accessible during your exam preparations.

3.0Key Instructions for Students

This portion summarises important procedural steps for students to observe before and during the MSBSHSE Class 12 examination. These steps are important for students to follow to follow the laws and regulations of the examination and to reduce stress.

  • Check your roll/seat no at the assigned exam location for your school in advance.
  • Arrive at the exam location 30-45 minutes before the exam is scheduled to begin. 
  • Have necessary stationery, admit card, and ID.
  • Note if your subject has a morning or afternoon exam session.
  • Look at the schedule for any days you might miss an exam; you should use that time to study.
  • Put all of your subjects on the revision calendar, allowing enough time for each subject.
  • Before beginning, be sure to have read all of the directions printed on the question paper.
  • Except when specified by MSBSHSE, do not bring any banned item (a calculator, cell phone, smartwatch, etc) to the exam.

4.0How to Prepare After the Timetable Release

The announcement of the official timetable is the sign to leave general study behind, and get into a structured preparation with exam focus.  This phase will require maximum efficiency, prioritising subjects based on the order of tests, and practising time management intensively.

  • Generate a realistic timetable using the Maharashtra HSC Time Table 2026. Allocate more hours for difficult subjects and commit to the schedule.
  • Avoid lengthy studies. Breaks are brief. Study in quick bursts to keep concentration and avoid critical fatigue.
  • Compile key points, definitions, formulas, and diagrams in long/brief notes, for reference before the exam.
  • Do not defer your questions. Seek answers from peers, teachers, and seniors to clarify.
  • Become familiar with exam style, marking scheme and important parts of the syllabus, using previous year question papers.
  • Work on repeated or 2-3 cycles of revision. Focus quickly and work on high rewarding chapters, formulas are important and conceptual clarity.
