BSEB Class 10 (Matric) Admit Card

The Matric Hall Ticket is the most important document of a student appearing in the annual Secondary (Matric) Examination of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). It is also known as the BSEB Class 10 Admit Card 2025-26.

The release card is very important for the students as it is a must for both the preliminary Practical/Internal Assessment Exams and the main Theory Exams. It is the official permission of the student to the examination hall. No one will be allowed to take the examination without their original, attested Admit Card.

1.0Important Dates for the BSEB Matric Examination 2026

Candidates must keep track of the following key, tentative dates for the BSEB Matric examination cycle:

2.0How to Obtain the BSEB Matric Admit Card

The BSEB strictly controls the distribution of the final Admit Card. It is generally released online for school principals/headmasters only, not for direct download by regular students.

Steps for School Authorities:

  1. Go to the official website of BSEB dedicated to secondary exams: secondary.biharboardonline.com or biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
  2. Use the school's unique User ID and Password given by the Board to log in.
  3. Find the required link which is usually named "BSEB Matric Annual Exam 2026 Final Admit Card".
  4. Get the Admit Cards printing together (in PDF format).
  5. Take the printouts of the files and after the Head of the Institution signs and stamps each one, distribute them among the students.

Steps for Students:

  1. During the distribution period (Expected mid-January 2026), students should go to their respective schools and get the original, signed, and stamped hard copy of their Admit Card.
  2. Check here all details of your card right after the picking up it.
  3. If there are any such candidates, Private Candidates (if applicable) have to take care of the gathering of their tickets following the directions given by the Board and getting them from their study/contact centres.

3.0Details Mentioned on the Admit Card

Candidates must ensure that all the following details are correct on their BSEB Class 10 Admit Card:

  • Student Identification: Student Name, Roll Number, Registration Number, Date of Birth (DOB).
  • Parent/Guardian: Father's Name, Mother's Name.
  • Identifiers: Candidate's Photograph and Signature.
  • Exam Logistics: Name and Address of the Examination Centre and its Code.
  • Schedule: Subject-wise Examination Dates, Day, and Shift/Timings (e.g., First Shift: 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM).
  • Instructions: Important guidelines and rules to be followed during the examination.

4.0Instructions for Students

Adherence to the instructions on the Admit Card is crucial for all examinees:

  • Carry Original Only: A person must have the original, signed, and stamped Admit Card with them for each theory and practical examination. Photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Verify All Details: The spelling of your name, father’s name, date of birth, and subjects should be checked. If there is any mistake, inform the administration of the school immediately for correction before the examination time.
  • Safe Custody: The Admit Card should be kept safe and secure during the entire examination process and even after the results have been declared because it is needed for the original mark sheet and future documentation.
  • Exam Day Rules: Be at the examination centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the card. You should strictly not carry any prohibited items like mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or unauthorized study materials.
