Every year, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) modifies its Intermediate Maths syllabus according to NCERT Class 12 Mathematics. The syllabus 2026 resembles its predecessor but includes higher emphases on the applications of concepts, structured reasoning, and critical thinking. The syllabus features 7 key units consisting of Relations & Functions, Algebra, Calculus, Vectors, 3D Geometry, Linear Programming, and Probability, and all remain vital for the board exams and entrance exams.
The board also kept the evaluation structure of 100 marks; 50 marks for multiple-choice questions (MCQs) (OMR) and 50 Subjective answers.
