6.0Odisha Class 10 Preparation Tips

  • All-in-one Strategies: Ideally, all subjects require some form of methodical strategy. The first goal, keep in mind that passing with 50 marks MCQ needs to happen on a regular basis; constructing daily objectives for MCQs will greatly improve the number of total marks and passing with more confidence than without.
  • Timing Practice: You should be completing the total time for completing the entire paper, including 2 hours 30 minutes, should be used evenly between the MCQs and subjective answers in the paper.
  • Utilizing Previous Papers: Practicing past-year papers for BSE Odisha while playing them under timed conditions will allow you to become familiar with the level of questions, the chapters that are most frequently encountered, and how expected to respond to those questions.
  • Revision Plan: Reserve the final 2–3 weeks exclusively for revision — go through short notes, re-draw Science diagrams from memory, and practise map-pointing for Geography.
  • Tips for scoring high: Label all Science diagrams neatly with a ruler. For Social Science, write structured point-based answers. Secure all 20 marks of Formative Assessment (FA) by attending class tests and submitting projects on time throughout the year.
