Students who need to take their Matriculation Exam in 2026 must have an Admit Card issued by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) in Mohali. 2.0How to Download the Admit Card for PSEB Class 10 Exams

Students cannot download the admit card individually — it must be collected from the school. Only school principals can access the PSEB portal using institutional login credentials to download and print admit cards for their students. The steps for school authorities are:

  1. Visit the official PSEB website: pseb.ac.in
  2. Log in using the School Principal's login credentials.
  3. Navigate to the admit card/hall ticket section for Class 10.
  4. Download and print admit cards for all registered students.
  5. Verify student details and distribute to students before the examination begins.

  • Student Details: Name, Roll Number, Date of Birth, Father's/Mother's Name.
  • Exam Details: Exam centre code, venue address, subject-wise exam dates and timings.
  • Identification: Photograph and signature of the student.
  • Instructions: Important exam-day guidelines for students.

3.0Important Instructions for Students

  • Carry the Original Printed Admit Card: It is mandatory on every exam day. Students without the admit card will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
  • Verify All Details: Check name, roll number, exam centre, and subjects on the admit card upon receiving it from school. Report any errors to your school principal immediately.
  • Do Not Alter: Never make corrections to the admit card yourself. Any corrections must be handled by the school through the PSEB portal.
  • Keep It Safe: Preserve the admit card throughout the entire exam period (March 6 to April 1, 2026) as it is required for every paper.
  • Exam-Day Discipline: Arrive at the exam centre by 10:30 AM (exam starts at 11:00 AM). Carry required stationery and follow all invigilator instructions.
