NEET UG Application Form 2025
The National Testing Agency will release the application form on the official NTA website. Candidates who will submit the NEET application form 2025 by paying the requisite application fee within the stipulated date will be eligible to avail the application correction window facility to make corrections in their forms.
1.0NEET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before proceeding with the NEET application, candidates need to ensure they meet the following criteria:
- Nationality
Indian Nationals, Foreign Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs.
- Age
- Must have attained at least 17 years of age by December 31, 2025, at the time of admission.
- There is no upper age limit.
- Qualifying Exam
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
- Qualifying Marks
- General category candidates require a minimum of 50%.
- OBC/SC/ST candidates need a minimum of 40%.
- PWD candidates must have at least 45%.
- Number of permitted attempts
There are no restrictions on the maximum number of attempts for the NEET exam.

2.0How to Fill NEET 2025 Application Form?
Step 1: Registration
1. Visit the official NTA NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
2. Click on “Fill Registration Form” or the invitation for NEET UG 2025 Registration.
3. Click on "New Registration" and carefully read the provided instructions.
4. Enter the following details.
- Candidate’s Name
- Mother’s name
- Father’s name
- Date of birth
- Category
- Gender
- Nationality
- Persons with Disability
- Identification Type
- Identification Number
- Mobile number
- Email Id
- Password
- Enter Security Pin

- Step 3: Uploading Required Documents
- Select the option "Upload your recent documents"
- Choose the files you need to upload.
- Select "Next."

- Step 4: Payment of Application Fees
After completion of the above-mentioned steps, the candidate needs to pay the application fees through a desired mode of payment (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net-banking/UPI)

- Step 5: Printing Confirmation Page
After successfully submitting the application, a confirmation page will be generated. You don't need to send this page to the NTA. Keep the confirmation page and proof of fee payment safe for future reference.
Note: The application process will close as per the schedule provided. Make sure to complete all steps within the given time frame.
3.0Application Form Correction
Applicants who have submitted their NEET-UG 2025 applications can make changes online. Permitted changes include nationality, language choice, gender, exam center, category, and state of eligibility. No other information can be edited during this period. Once the window NEET-UG 2025 closes, no further changes are allowed. Applicants who do not require changes are advised to review their forms for accuracy during this period.
