The National Testing Agency will release the application form on the official NTA website:- exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. Candidates who will submit the NEET application form 2026 by paying the requisite application fee within the stipulated date will be eligible to avail the application correction window facility to make corrections in their forms.
Before proceeding with the NEET application, candidates need to ensure they meet the following criteria:

Indian Nationals, Foreign Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs.
2. Age
3. Qualifying Exam
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
4. Qualifying Marks
5. Number of permitted attempts
There are no restrictions on the maximum number of attempts for the NEET exam.

Step 1: Registration
1. Visit the official NTA NEET website(s): nta.ac.in/ or neet.nta.nic.in/
2. Click on “Fill Registration Form” or the invitation for NEET UG 2026 Registration.
3. Click on "New Registration" and carefully read the provided instructions.

Step 3: Uploading Required Documents

After completion of the above-mentioned steps, the candidate needs to pay the application fees through a desired mode of payment (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net-banking/UPI)

After successfully submitting the application, a confirmation page will be generated. You don't need to send this page to the NTA. Keep the confirmation page and proof of fee payment safe for future reference.
Note: The application process will close as per the schedule provided. Make sure to complete all steps within the given time frame.
Applicants who have submitted their NEET-UG 2026 applications can make changes online. Permitted changes include nationality, language choice, gender, exam center, category, and state of eligibility. No other information can be edited during this period. Once the correction window NEET-UG 2026 closes, no further changes are allowed. Applicants who do not require changes are advised to review their forms for accuracy during this period.
