• NEET UG 2025 eligibility is required.
• Madhya Pradesh should be the home state for government seats.
• Age requirement: at least 17 by December 31, 2025.

4.0Registration Process for MP NEET Counselling

1. Online Registration

• Go to the official portal
• Register with your NEET roll number, date of birth, and contact information

2. Fee Payment

• Make a payment of ₹250 counselling registration fees (If applicable for all candidates)

3. Document Upload

• Upload scanned documents such as your photo, signature, NEET scorecard, mark sheets, etc..

4. MP NEET Merit List 2025

• To be released online based on the NEET score, also based on reservation

5. Choice Filling & Locking

• Log in and choose your preferred medical/dental colleges
• Lock choices before the deadline

6. Seat Allotment Result

• You can access the allotment status, download the allotment of those seats letter, and report to the college
