1.0Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2025: Overview
For 85% of state quota seats in state government medical and dental colleges and 100% of seats in state private medical institutions, Tamil Nadu state NEET counseling is conducted. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) handles the remaining 15% of the All India Quota seats.

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements in order to take part in Tamil Nadu medical NEET counseling:
- Must be a citizen of India and a domicile of Tamil Nadu.
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English must have been completed in Class 12.
- Must have qualified NEET UG 2025.
- As of December 31, 2025, the age must be 17.
