1. Imagine yourself as a kite. In pairs, first discuss all the following hints.
What shape of kite are you? What colours do you have? What other parts of yourself are you happy about? - Where are you? Who do you belong to? What activities do you do? Who are your friends? - Do you have any message for humans?
Ans:
Shape and Colors: I am a kite that is diamond shaped and very bright and colorful. I am predominately bright yellow, with red and blue accents around the edges.
Other Parts: I like that I have a long tail that flows and dances in the wind. My tail has colorful pieces of streamer attached to the end that add to my beauty, and keep me balanced when flying.
Location: I am up high in the clear blue above a beautifully green field, and it is a perfect day to fly with just enough of a breeze.
Owner, and Activities: I belong to a young child who loves to spend time outside. We go to the park often, and I get to fly while the child picnics or celebrates a special occasion at the park. The child loves to watch me flutter and flying, and together with the child, we create wonderful memories.
Friends: I have other kites for friends, some small and some big, and all have different shapes and colors. We play together in the sky where we meet when we fly, and I enjoy being part of that group for the display for those watching on the ground.
Message for humans: I want humans to realize that the simplest joys in life are the most enjoyable. Flying a kite, like other hobbies, are pure joy and should be taken advantage of. Likewise, spend time doing things that you love to be happy like flying a kite and playing outdoors. After all of that is done, think about how blessed you are to fly or do different things, and appreciate the small things in life.
2. Now, write a paragraph of about 100 words, with the title - I am a Kite
Ans.I am a diamond-shaped kite that is bright yellow with dazzling accents of red and blue. My long, vibrant tail enhances my beauty and balance as it sways elegantly in the wind. I am owned by a child who loves our outdoor adventures, and I am flying high above a verdant, lush field on a sunny day. I dance in the sky with friends of all shapes and colours as we make happy memories together in the park. My advice to humanity is straightforward: enjoy life's little pleasures and liberation, allow your soul to soar, and take in the beauty all around you.
