The qualifying percentile for the NEET UG exam 2018 remained unchanged from previous year (2017). It is 40% for the Reserved Category, 45% for the PH (Physically Handicapped), and 50% for the General Category.
NEET 2018 was perceived to be of easy to moderate difficulty, and Physics was noted to be tougher than in the 2017 exam. Despite the increased difficulty in Physics, the overall cutoff rate decreased, resulting in a larger number of aspirants qualifying for NEET 2018.
