Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2025: Registration, Dates, Process, Merit List, Seat Matrix

Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2025 is the official process through which NEET-qualified candidates can secure admission to MBBS and BDS seats under the 85% State Quota in government and private medical and dental colleges across Chhattisgarh. The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Chhattisgarh, will organize the counselling. It will ensure the orderly and merit-based allocation of medical seats to candidates who qualify for the NEET UG 2025 exam.

2.0Eligibility Criteria for Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2025

Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

 NEET UG 2025 Qualification: Must qualify NEET UG 2025 with minimum required percentile:

  • UR: 50th percentile
  • OBC/SC/ST: 40th percentile
  • PwD: 45th percentile for UR-PwD

Domicile Requirement: Must be a resident of Chhattisgarh. Candidates need to produce a domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.

Educational Qualification

  • Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
  • Minimum qualifying marks:
    • General: 50%
    • OBC/SC/ST: 40%

Age Limit: Minimum age: 17 years as on 31st December 2025.

Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit as per standards specified.

3.0Registration Process for Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2025

Follow these steps to register online:

  1. Visit Official Website: Go to cgdme.in
  2. New Registration: Click “NEET UG Counselling 2025” and register using:
    • NEET Roll Number
    • NEET Rank
    • Personal details
    • Contact information
  3. Pay Registration Fee: Pay online through net banking, debit card, or credit card.
  4. Fill Application Form: Enter academic details, category, and reservation claims.
  5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of:
    • NEET UG scorecard
    • Photograph
    • Signature
    • Domicile certificate
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  6. Submit Form: Save and submit the application.

After successful registration, DME releases a Provisional Merit List on the official website.

4.0Chhattisgarh NEET Merit List 2025

The merit list displays:

  • Candidate’s name
  • NEET Roll Number
  • NEET Marks
  • State Merit Rank
  • Category
  • Remarks (if any)

Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible for choice filling and seat allotment.

5.0Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling Procedure 2025

1. Choice Filling & Locking

  • Log in to the counselling portal.
  • Fill choices of colleges and courses.
  • Arrange preferences in order of priority.
  • Lock choices before the deadline.

2. Seat Allotment

  • Seats are allotted based on:

    • State merit list

    • Choices submitted

3. Download Allotment Letter

  • Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter online.

4. Document Verification

  • Report to the allotted college for document verification.
  • Pay admission fees.

5. Subsequent Rounds
