- The top 25 rank holders in each zone from each class and
- The top scorers in each class from schools where at least 10 students appear for the exam and achieve 50% qualifying marks.

Here's the step-by-step procedure for the application process:
- Request Prospectus: Schools registered with SOF automatically receive prospectuses containing registration forms. Unregistered schools can request prospectuses by emailing info@sofworld.org or calling 0124-4951200.
- Complete Registration Forms: Schools must fill in the registration forms provided in the prospectus entirely and accurately. These forms include the School Registration Form (SRF) and Students' Registration Sheet (SRS).
- Submit Forms: The completed registration forms must be returned to SOF by the due date. Schools should ensure the provided guidelines fill all forms.
- Generate Roll Numbers: Upon receiving the Students' Registration Sheets (SRS), SOF will register the applicant's school and students. SOF will then generate roll numbers for all registered students based on the information provided in the SRS.
- Confirmation: Once the registration process is complete, schools will receive confirmation of their registration and the assigned roll numbers for their students from SOF.
