UIMO question papers are designed to accommodate students from CBSE, ICSE, ISC, and several State Board curriculums. These question papers cater to a wide range of educational boards, ensuring a comprehensive assessment for participants.

6.0How to Apply for UIMO?

Registering for the UIMO exam for 2024-25 can be done in two ways:

Individual UIMO Registration:

• Visit the official website: unifiedcouncil.com.
• Choose the registration option suitable for you.
• Click on the registration link and fill in your details accurately.
• Submit the form and pay the fee online via net banking/debit card/credit card.

School UIMO Registration:

• Obtain the UIMO application form for 2024-25 from your school.
• Please complete and submit it at your school, along with the payment, as instructed.
• Your school will send all collected fees via Demand Draft (DD) to the Unified Council.

Whether you're registering individually or through your school, it is crucial to follow the steps carefully to guarantee a successful registration for the UIMO exam in 2024-25.

7.0UIMO 2024 Exam Fees

The amount is Rs. 150/- (Rupees only 150).

If students want to use the Olympiad Power Pack, they will need to pay an additional Rs. 100 for a set of question papers.

8.0UIMO Exam Pattern

To understand the UIMO exam pattern, it's essential to know the number of questions, the types of questions asked in the exam, and the marking scheme. Having this information will help you plan your study schedule effectively. 

The question papers will vary for each class, consisting entirely of objective-type questions, and there's no penalty for incorrect answers.

Below, candidates can find the latest UIMO Exam Pattern for 2024-25:

Note:

• For all sections, except for Mathematics-2, questions follow a 'single correct answer' format, with each question worth 1 mark. However, in Mathematics 2, questions 31 to 35 are of the 'multiple correct answer' type, meaning they can have more than one correct answer (2, 3, or 4 options may be suitable). 
• Mark the correct answers on the OMR sheet provided. Each of these questions is worth 3 marks. 

9.0UIMO Result 2024 and Ranking Critiera for 2024-25

The UIMO Olympiad results are provided as Student Performance Reports (SPR), known as the Understanding Subjects Report, and include awards, certificates, and a result card. If multiple students score equally high, rank is determined by their performance in specific paper sections in a set order. For ties, the faster completion time decides the higher rank.

The SPR can be downloaded online with the registration number. Additionally, the Unified Council sends the UIMO results and the SPR to the registered schools.

10.0Awards and Recognition at UIMO

UIMO Topper Prize: Rs. 2,00,000 for the highest-scoring student across all classes.

a) Class Top Rankers:

1st Rank: Laptop

2nd and 3rd Ranks: Tablet PC

All receive a Memento.

b) Class Ranks 4-10: Rs. 1,500 cash each.

c) Class Ranks 11-25: Rs. 1,000 cash each.

d) Class Ranks 26-100: BMA’s Talent & Olympiad Exam Resource Book.

e) All Rankers (1-100): Online Olympiad Coach Subscription (worth Rs. 3996, Rs. 2997, Rs. 1998), a Medal, and a Certificate of Appreciation.

State Toppers:

The top 3 from each state (with over 10,000 participants) get an Online Olympiad Coach Subscription (worth Rs. 1,198) and a Certificate of Appreciation. (Note: Excludes top 100 global ranks.)

All Participants: Receive a certificate of participation.

Institutional Awards at UIMO

There are some institutional-level awards as well distributed by UCFS; find the details below: 

• Best Performance Award  (School): The top school in the 17 zones was awarded. The Principal and the Teacher-in-Charge receive the Best Contribution in Computer Education Award and Rs.3000 each.
• Top Mentor Award (State): Given to the Principal and Teacher-in-Charge of the top 5 schools with the most participants from each state, provided there are over 300 participating schools. They each receive Rs.1500 and a Certificate.
• Best Participation School: Schools submitting over 100 applications receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
• Coordinating Teachers: All teachers coordinating the UIMO are awarded a Certificate of Appreciation.
