National Level Science Talent Search Examination

The National Level Science Talent Search Examination, or NSTSE, was created to improve students’ scientific knowledge, as established by the Unified Council. The test evaluates how well students can grasp scientific principles and theories. NSTSE also offers students a unique opportunity to learn from an in-depth examination of science. The NSTSE also increases students’ confidence and gives them the tools necessary to solve difficult scientific problems with a minimum of effort. The NSTSE is a level-assessed test created for all levels of students, and each student receives his or her own set of test questions to match his or her grade level. 1.0NSTSE 2025 Exam Dates

The awareness of the latest exam dates and related events is essential for aspirants of NSTSE 2025. It helps them plan and create their study schedule accordingly. For updated dates, please refer to the table given below:

2.0NSTSE 2025 Eligibility

According to the NSTSE eligibility criteria, students studying classes 1 to 10 are eligible to apply for the exam. Additionally, students in classes XI and XII, whether pursuing PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream, are also eligible to participate in the NSTSE 2025 exam.

3.0NSTSE 2025 Syllabus

The NSTSE 2025 syllabus is well-planned to test and assess students' overall knowledge of various subjects. The syllabus for classes II to X students comprises subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Critical Thinking questions. For class XI and XII students, the syllabus is specialised based on the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) streams, with emphasis on higher-level concepts and problem-solving abilities in these subjects.

4.0Registration for NSTSE 2025

NSTSE Registration is straightforward and can be done in two ways:

• Individual Registration:
• • Visit the official website: unifiedcouncil.com.
  • Choose the registration option suitable for you.
  • Click on the registration link and fill in your details accurately.
  • Submit the form and pay the fee online via net banking, debit card, or credit card.
• School Registration:
• • Obtain the NSTSE application form for 2025-26 from your school.
  • Fill it out and submit it at your school, along with the payment, as instructed.
  • Your school will then send all collected fees via Demand Draft (DD) to the Unified Council.

5.0NSTSE 2025 Exam Fees

Individual Registration:

Examination Fee: Rs. 300 (Rupees Three Hundred Only)

Registration through School:

Examination Fee : Rs. 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only)

The fee includes two past/Model Question Papers, a Student’s Performance Report (SPR), a Success Series Book, and postal charges.

Note: SPR is a unique and useful tool for students to know their academic strengths and weaknesses. It provides real and detailed feedback on actual learning.

7.0NSTSE Admit Card 2025

Students will receive their Admit Card two weeks before the exam date. If he/she doesn't receive an Admit Card, please note that the NSTSE 2025 Hall Ticket for individual candidates will be available online. To download your NSTSE Hall Ticket, follow these simple steps:

• Go to the official website: unifiedcouncil.com.
• Click on the 'NSTSE Admit Card' link.
• Input your reference number in the provided field.
• Hit the search button, and your NSTSE 2025 Hall Ticket will be displayed.
• Ensure you take a printout of the Hall Ticket to bring with you to the examination centre.
• Remember, it's essential to have your Admit Card with you when you appear for the exam.

8.0NSTSE 2025 Results and Rank

The NSTSE (National Level Science Talent Search Examination) results are a much-anticipated aspect of the examination process, marking the culmination of students' hard work and preparation.

9.0Scholarships for NSTSE Toppers

Students participating in NSTSE become eligible for various awards and recognitions after successfully clearing the exam. We have outlined the awards that are distributed to students from Classes 1 to 12 on both a National and State level.

National Level Awards:

• The highest achiever and the next two top performers in each class receive Rs. 20,000 and a Tablet PC, plus a memento each.
• Students ranking 4th to 10th in their respective classes are rewarded with a cash prize of Rs. 2,000 each.
• Those securing ranks 11th to 100th in each class receive an Olympiad Coach Online Subscription valued at Rs. 1198, alongside a medal and a certificate of appreciation.
• Every participant in the examination is given a participation certificate.

State-Level Awards:

• The top three performers from each state are honoured with a special award, including an Olympiad Coach Online Subscription worth Rs. 1198, a medal, and a certificate of appreciation.
• For the purpose of state rankings, students from the North East states (Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Tripura, and Mizoram) are grouped together, as are those from all Union Territories. State ranks are announced after excluding the top 100 national ranks.
• Every student who participates receives a Digital Certificate and a Student’s Performance Report (SPR), acknowledging their effort and participation.
