2.0How to Download CBSE Class 10 Admit Card

For Regular Students (Through School Login)

Regular students enrolled in CBSE-affiliated schools cannot download their admit cards directly from the CBSE website. Instead, their respective school administrations are responsible for downloading and distributing them.

Here’s how schools obtain the admit cards:

  • Visit the official CBSE website [cbse.gov.in]
  • Go to the “Pariksha Sangam” portal available on the homepage.
  • Click on the “School Login” option.
  • Enter the User ID, Password, and Security Code provided by the board.
  • Navigate to the “Admit Card/Examination Materials” section.
  • Select the option for “CBSE Class 10 Admit Card 2026”.
  • Download the admit cards for all registered students.
  • Print them out and stamp/sign each admit card before distributing it to students.

Important Note: Every student must collect their admit card from their school office. It should bear the official school stamp and principal’s signature, without which it will be considered invalid on exam day.

For Private Candidates (Direct Download Method)

Private or independent candidates appearing for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2026 can download their admit card online directly through the CBSE portal.

  • Select “Private Candidate Admit Card 2026.”
  • Enter Login Credentials:
    You can log in using any one of the following:

  • Verify Captcha & Submit:
    Enter the security code and click on Submit.
  • View & Download Admit Card:

  • Student Profile: Full Name, Roll Number, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth.
  • Physical Identification: Candidate’s Photograph and scanned Signature.
  • Centre Information: Exam Centre Name, Centre Code, and School Code.
  • Subject Schedule: A list of subjects (e.g., Physics, Accountancy, History) with their specific Subject Codes and Exam Dates.
  • Authorisations: Signature of the Controller of Examinations and a designated space for the School Principal’s signature.

4.0Important Instructions for Students Regadring Admit Card for Class 10 Exams

  • Ensure to carry the printed admit card to the exam centre on all exam days.
  • The admit card must be signed and stamped by the principal for it to be allowed into the examination hall.
  • Reach the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time to avoid last-minute hurry and confusion.
  • Make sure to verify all the information in the admit card. Notify the school authorities in case of any discrepancy.
  • Do not carry prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or written material into the examination hall.
  • Read all the instructions printed on the admit card strictly and follow them thoroughly.
